| Personal view: | The last distillery which we visited on our 2005 tour. And it was a good one to finish: Very nice and stylish. The famous waterfall was rather quiet (low water) presumably because of the summer time but the architecture is great. |
| Shopping and tour: | Last possibility for a tour: of course we participated. And we bought a bottle. They at Glengoyne are proud of using no peat at all, which is not what I prefer, but I thought the whisky could be good for certain situations. In fact in the meantime we have had a dram two times in the afternoon, and it was quite pleasing. |
