Origin: Speyside (Highlands)
Our first Single Malt. We named one of our tomcats, born June 1998, Glenfiddich (shortened to Fiddy).
Very light pale. The bottle has a triangle-shaped base.
Light, fruity, herbs. In Feichtner's glass we find also thyme, seaweed, and some sweetness. It smells somehow "bright".
Fresh, but also dry. Tastes "darker" than the nose tells. Gets sweeter finally.
Range is 0 to 100 (0 would mean awful, 100 means the very best)
