Distillery: Banffshire
Origin: Speyside
Transferred from traditional cask to sherry cask.
Bright brown. Reminds of fire.
Complex, of honey, peat, a bit sweet, sherry. In Feichtner's glass additionally we found pepper, malt, and wood.
Very warm and full, round. Somehow reminds of wood. This must be the perfect winter whisky, so warming.
Range is 0 to 100 (0 would mean awful, 100 means the very best)
