As late-night-espresso today I enjoy a 100% Arabica single origin from Guatemala.
The taste is similar to high quality dark chocolate, like that 82% cocoa from Ghana fairafric which I like so much.
So dark, soft, warm, like that panter bagheera on its way through the almost completely dark jungle, cosy but always dangerous.
