Stiele w\u00fcrfeln und Bl\u00e4tter in Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die gew\u00fcrfelten Mangoldstiele and\u00fcnsten. Knoblauch dar\u00fcber pressen. Mit einem Schuss Wasser abl\u00f6schen. Das Mandelmehl und die Gew\u00fcrze unterr\u00fchren. Das Ganze zugedeckt ca. 10 Minuten garen.<\/p>\n<p>Dann das restliche Wasser, Tomatenmark und Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche unterr\u00fchren, sodass eine s\u00e4mige Sauce entsteht. Ev. noch etwas nachw\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Schluss die Mangoldbl\u00e4tterstreifen unterheben und nochmals ca. 5 Minuten garen lassen.
