Pinienkerne bei mittlerer Hitze in einer fettfreien Pfanne goldbraun r\u00f6sten.<\/p>\n<p>Backofen vorheizen. Die F\u00f6rmchen in die Vertiefungen der Muffin-Form setzen.<\/p>\n<p>Mehl und Backpulver mischen. Zucker mit dem \u00d6l, der Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche und dem Salz verquirlen. Eier unterr\u00fchren. Die Mehlmischung, den Apfelsaft-Safran-Saft, die geriebenen Mandeln und die Pinienkerne rasch unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Den Teig in die Vertiefungen f\u00fcllen. Im Backofen bei 160 Grad C Hei\u00dfluft ca. 25 Minuten backen. 5 Minuten im Blech ruhen lassen.
