Kohlrabi sch\u00e4len, dabei die holzigen Teile entfernen. Den oberen Teil mit den kleinen Bl\u00e4ttchen abschneiden und beiseite legen.<\/p>\n<p>Kohlrabi halbieren, dann in ca. 1 cm breite St\u00fccke schneiden, diese St\u00fccke dritteln. Den oberen Teil samt kleinen Bl\u00e4ttchen klein schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Raps\u00f6l erhitzen. Die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel glasig d\u00fcnsten. Die Kohlrabi-St\u00fccke samt oberen Teil hinzuf\u00fcgen, kurz and\u00fcnsten lassen. Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen und die St\u00fccke bissfest d\u00fcnsten.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche und den Gew\u00fcrzen abschmecken.
