Topinambur und Erd\u00e4pfel sch\u00e4len. Petersilwurzeln, Radieschen, Topinambur und Erd\u00e4pfel waschen. Alles in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Kr\u00e4uter waschen und mit K\u00fcchenkrepp trocken tupfen. Rosmarin, Thymian und Salbeibl\u00e4tter fein hacken. B\u00e4rlauch quer in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Raps\u00f6l erhitzen. Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel hinzuf\u00fcgen und unter R\u00fchren leicht braun braten.
