Die Tonkgu-Pilze in hei\u00dfem Wasser einweichen, dann streifig schneiden. Den Paprika waschen und in Romben schneiden, die Karotten sch\u00e4len und leicht quer in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Das Fischfilet w\u00fcrfeln und mit den Eiern und Sojaso\u00dfe vermischen. <\/p>\n<p>In einer Pfanne das \u00d6l erhitzen, die Pilze, Paprika und Karotten einige Minuten pfannenr\u00fchren. Das Gem\u00fcsegemisch zur Seite schieben, die Fischst\u00fccke mit dem Ei braten.
