Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und klein w\u00fcrfeln. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen, die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel glasig d\u00fcnsten. Die Wurzeln hinzuf\u00fcgen und and\u00fcnsten lassen. Etwas Wasser und den Orangensaft sowie die Gew\u00fcrzmischung  hinzuf\u00fcgen. Weitere ca. 10 Minuten d\u00fcnsten lassen, bis die Wurzn gar sind.<\/p>\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit den Instant-Couscous nach Packungsanleitung zubereiten.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Mango-Essig, Zucker und Salz abschmecken.
