Aubergine sch\u00e4len, grob zerteilen und in den Mixeraufsatz einer K\u00fcchenmaschine geben. <\/p>\n<p>Das Fruchtfleisch mit dem Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufeln. Zerdr\u00fcckten Knoblauch, Salz, Pfeffer und Oliven\u00f6l hinzuf\u00fcgen. Gemisch im Mixer zu einer groben Paste zerhacken. <\/p>\n<p>Auf zwei Vorspeisentellern au\u00dfen einen Salatbl\u00e4tterkranz legen.
