Garnelen unter flie\u00dfendem kalten Wasser auftauen. Mais-Glas und Bohnen-Dose \u00f6ffnen, in einem Sieb abbrausen und abtropfen lassen. In einer etwas h\u00f6heren Pfanne die Kokosmilch vorsichtig erw\u00e4rmen. Die restlichen Gew\u00fcrze einr\u00fchren, den fertig gekochten Reis, Bohnen und Mais dazugeben und sorgf\u00e4ltig umr\u00fchren.
