Zwiebeln, Pfefferoni und K\u00fcrbis im Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten, Erd\u00e4pfel, Ingwer und Zitronengras beigeben. Mit der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche aufgie\u00dfen, aufkochen und bei kleiner Hitze 15 bis 20 Minuten sanft k\u00f6cheln lassen. Zitronengras entfernen, Suppe p\u00fcrieren.
