Schokolade im Wasserbad bei schwacher Hitze zerschmelzen und danach unter die Butter-Zuckermasse r\u00fchren, zuletzt ca. 200 g geriebene Haseln\u00fcsse untermengen. Die Masse eine Zeitlang k\u00fchl stellen, danach kleine Kugeln formen, in den Haseln\u00fcssen w\u00e4lzen und in Pralinenf\u00f6rmchen setzen.
