F\u00fcr die eine H\u00e4lfte der Eih\u00e4lften kleine, mit einem Dillzweiglein gef\u00fcllte Lachsr\u00f6llchen vorbereiten. Zwiebel sch\u00e4len, halbieren und in nicht zu d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden, in B\u00f6gen teilen. Die Eih\u00e4lften mit den Lachsr\u00f6llchen belegen und je einem Zwiebelbogen dekorieren.
