Die Butter schaumig r\u00fchren, nach und nach Staubzucker, die Ingwerw\u00fcrfel und den Vanille-Zucker unterr\u00fchren. Die geriebene Schokolade und Haseln\u00fcsse mit dem Pit\u00fa unter die Butter-Zuckermasse r\u00fchren. Die Masse eine Zeitlang k\u00fchl stellen, danach kleine Kugeln formen, in den Nonpareilles w\u00e4lzen und in Pralinenf\u00f6rmchen setzen.
