Getrennt waschen und trocknen. Die Stiele in 1 cm gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke, das Blattgr\u00fcn in kleinere Streifen schneiden. <\/p>\n<p>Die wei\u00dfen St\u00fccke kurz in Oliven\u00f6l anbraten mit der Milch angie\u00dfen und sanft weichd\u00fcnsten lassen. Zum Schluss mit Muskatnuss, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Die Pinienkerne in einer fettfreien Pfanne r\u00f6sten, bis sie zu duften beginnen und rundum braun sind, beiseite stellen. <\/p>\n<p>Das Gr\u00fcne in Oliven\u00f6l braten, die Knoblauchzehe dar\u00fcberpressen, zum Schluss die Pinienkerne daruntermischen, salzen und pfeffern.
