Erd\u00e4pfel waschen, sch\u00e4len und klein w\u00fcrfeln. Paprika waschen, entkernen und w\u00fcrfeln. Bohnen und Mais in ein Sieb sch\u00fctten, abbrausen und abtropfen lassen. Fischdose \u00f6ffnen. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch darin glasig d\u00fcnsten. Erd\u00e4pfel, Paprika, K\u00fcrbis und Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen, kurz anbraten. Tomatenso\u00dfe mit etwas Wasser dazu sch\u00fctten. Bei mittlerer Flamme k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Erd\u00e4pfel weich sind. Thunfisch, Bohnen und Mais  einr\u00fchren und wieder hei\u00df werden lassen, abschmecken.
