Spinat waschen und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. Sultaninen hei\u00df abwaschen und abtropfen lassen. Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und klein schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Zwiebel hinzuf\u00fcgen und anbraten. Spinat tropfnass dazugeben, die Gew\u00fcrze und Sultaninen einr\u00fchren. Einige Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis der Spinat zusammengefallen ist. <\/p>\n<p>Die fertige Quinoa unter die Gem\u00fcsemischung heben und wieder hei\u00df werden lassen.
