Spargel waschen und sch\u00e4len, quer in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. K\u00fcrbis hinzuf\u00fcgen und anbraten. Mit Tomatensaft aufgie\u00dfen und die Gew\u00fcrze einr\u00fchren. Einige Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Spargel dazugeben. Weiter sanft k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis das Gem\u00fcse bissfest gar ist. <\/p>\n<p>Die fertige Quinoa unter die Gem\u00fcsemischung heben und wieder hei\u00df werden lassen.
