Puntarellespitzen waschen und l\u00e4ngs halbieren. Yaconwurzel sch\u00e4len, waschen und klein w\u00fcrfeln. Mais in ein Sieb sch\u00fctten, abbrausen und abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Fertige Quinoa mit dem Mais, Yaconwurzel, Reis cuisine und den Gew\u00fcrzen gr\u00fcndlich verr\u00fchren. In die Puntarellespitzen f\u00fcllen und mit Dukkah bestreuen.<\/p>\n<p>Tomatenmus mit etwas hei\u00dfem Wasser in eine ofenfeste Form sch\u00fctten. Mit Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Koriander, Oregano, Salz und Pfeffer verr\u00fchren. Puntarellespitzen hineinsetzen.
