Gem\u00fcse zerstampfen, mit etwas Kochwasser p\u00fcrieren. Curcuma und Sesam unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Brokkoli waschen, R\u00f6schen vom Stiel schneiden und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke teilen. Paprika waschen, l\u00e4ngs halbieren, Kerne und wei\u00dfe Trennw\u00e4nde entfernen und streifig schneiden. Zwiebel und Ingwer sch\u00e4len und klein schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Pfanne Kokos\u00f6l erhitzen. Zwiebeln darin glasig braten. Brokkoli, Ingwer und Paprika hinzuf\u00fcgen. Mit Sojasauce und etwas Wasser abl\u00f6schen, Gew\u00fcrzmischung unterr\u00fchren. Bei kleiner Flamme gar d\u00fcnsten.
