Erd\u00e4pfel und R\u00fcben in gr\u00f6\u00dfere St\u00fccke schneiden, alles andere klein w\u00fcrfeln. Curcumawurzel hei\u00df abwaschen, trocken tupfen und klein w\u00fcrfeln.  Cocktail-Tomaten und Chili waschen. Chili in d\u00fcnne Ringe schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Fett in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch mit Ingwer und Curcuma glasig braten, Gew\u00fcrze dazugeben und braten, bis sie duften. \u00dcbrige Zutaten bis auf die Kokosmilch hinzuf\u00fcgen und bissfest weich k\u00f6cheln.
