Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln in feine Ringe schneiden. Minze und Dillspitzen fein hacken. Korinthen hei\u00df abwaschen und abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Gurke, Korinthen und Kr\u00e4uter gr\u00fcndlich mit Joghurt vermengen und so viel Wasser unterr\u00fchren, dass die Konsistenz einer cremigen Suppe erreicht wird. Suppe mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken, anschlie\u00dfend mindestens 2\u20133 Stunden k\u00fchl stellen. <\/p>\n<p>Das Ab Doogh Khiar erst unmittelbar vor dem Servieren aus der K\u00fchlung nehmen, an besonders hei\u00dfen Tagen kann man auch noch etwas Crushed Ice unterheben.
