Einige  Zeit sanft k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis alle Gem\u00fcse weich sind. <\/p>\n<p>Mit dem P\u00fcrierstab oder im Mixer p\u00fcrieren, dabei die Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche unterr\u00fchren.
