Den Speck in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Die Speckw\u00fcrfel braten, bis das Fett glasig ist. Die Schalottenw\u00fcrfel dazugeben und glasig d\u00fcnsten. Danach die K\u00fcrbisfleischw\u00fcrfel und die Gew\u00fcrzbl\u00fctenmischung unterr\u00fchren und bei kleinerer Flamme ca. 20 Minuten d\u00fcnsten, bis das K\u00fcrbisfleisch gar, aber noch bissfest ist.
