Paprika waschen, entkernen und in kleine W\u00fcrfelchen schneiden. Mandarinen- und Paprikast\u00fccke samt den Garnelen mit dem Limonensaft vermengen. Joghurt mit dem Frischk\u00e4se und dem Curry vermengen, \u00fcber das Garnelen-Paprika-Mandarinen-Gemisch sch\u00fctten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und gut verr\u00fchren.
