Mit der Gem\u00fcsereibe (mittlere Scheibe) der K\u00fcchenmaschine reiben. Rosmarin waschen und die Nadeln klein hacken. Zwiebeln und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len. Zwiebel w\u00fcrfeln und in einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Pfanne glasig d\u00fcnsten. Die geriebenen Gem\u00fcse dazugeben und ca. 5 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze braten. Danach von der Herdplatte nehmen, etwas \u00fcberk\u00fchlen lassen. <\/p>\n<p>Die Eier, den durchgepressten Knoblauch und die Gew\u00fcrze dazugeben. Die Masse in eine feuerfeste Auflaufform f\u00fcllen und glatt streichen.
