Die H\u00e4lften in ca. 5 cm lange Streifen schneiden. Die Schalotten sch\u00e4len und l\u00e4ngs in Streifen schneiden. Den Schafsk\u00e4se in kleine W\u00fcrfel teilen. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Die Zwiebel- und Paprikastreifen darin ca. 5 Minuten vorsichtig braten, aber nicht braun werden lassen. Mit dem Balsamico-Essig und der Sojaso\u00dfe abl\u00f6schen. Die passierten Tomaten und die Schafsk\u00e4sew\u00fcrfeln dazugeben. Die Gem\u00fcsemischung d\u00fcnsten, bis die Paprikastreifen knapp gar sind.
