In einer Pfanne die Pinienkerne trocken r\u00f6sten bis sie duften und braun sind, in eine Sch\u00fcssel zum Ausk\u00fchlen sch\u00fctten. Danach den Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l erhitzen, die K\u00fcrbisw\u00fcrfel bei kleiner Hitze ca. 4 Minuten bissfest braten, mit Garam masala, Meersalz und Chili-Pfeffer abschmecken. Pfanne vom Herd nehmen und \u00fcberk\u00fchlen lassen. Die K\u00fcrbisstifte zu den Pinienkernen geben und mit dem Balsamico-Essig abrunden.
