Das 10-Korn-Mehl mit dem Backpulver mischen. Die Anchovis-Filets ent\u00f6len und sehr klein hacken. Die Eier, Joghurt, K\u00fcrbiskern-Pesto, gehackte Anchovis-Filets und das \u00d6l mit der K\u00fcchenmaschine verquirlen und die trockenen Zutaten rasch unterr\u00fchren. Wenn die Masse zu fest sein sollte, ein wenig Wasser dazugeben. Den Teig in die F\u00f6rmchen in der Muffinsform geben. Mit den K\u00fcrbiskernen bestreuen. Im Ofen bei 150\u00b0C ca. 30 Minuten backen.
