Zwiebel und Knoblauch anbr\u00e4unen lassen. Tintenfische hinzugeben und ebenfalls anbr\u00e4unen. Mit dem Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen und Fl\u00fcssigkeit etwas einreduzieren lassen.<\/p>\n<p>200 ml hei\u00dfes Wasser angie\u00dfen und ca. 30 Minuten d\u00fcnsten, bis die Tintenfische weich sind.
