Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und klein schneiden. Mais in ein Sieb sch\u00fctten, abbrausen und abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen. Zwiebel glasig braten. Goldr\u00fcbe und Yaconwurzel hinzuf\u00fcgen. Einige Minuten mitbraten. Zuckermais mit etwas Wasser, Tomatenmark und -mus mit den Gew\u00fcrzen einr\u00fchren. Sanft k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis das Gem\u00fcse bissfest weich ist. Fertige Quinoa unterheben.
