Pastinake sch\u00e4len und grob reiben. Tomaten streifig schneiden. Orange hei\u00df abwaschen, abtrocknen und die Schale abreiben.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch darin glasig braten. Pastinake hinzuf\u00fcgen und kurz anbraten lassen. Tomatenmus, Tomatenstreifen, Mandeln, Orangenabrieb und die Gew\u00fcrze einr\u00fchren. K\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Pastinake weich ist.<\/p>\n<p>Nudeln auf Teller verteilen.
