Alle Gem\u00fcse waschen und w\u00fcrfeln. Maisk\u00f6rner in ein Sieb sch\u00fctten, abbrausen und abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen, Zwiebel darin glasig braten. Alle Gem\u00fcsew\u00fcrfel einige Minuten mitbraten. Chilis, Tomatensauce und Gew\u00fcrze mit etwas Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6cheln lassen, bis alle Gem\u00fcse weich sind. Maisk\u00f6rner einr\u00fchren und hei\u00df werden lassen.
