Orange hei\u00df absp\u00fclen und abreiben. Schale d\u00fcnn absch\u00e4len und in feine Streifen schneiden. Von der Orange die restliche Schale entfernen und dann in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Dabei den Saft auffangen.<\/p>\n<p>Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und in d\u00fcnne Halbringe schneiden. Bohnen abgie\u00dfen und abtropfen lassen. Bohnen, Fenchel, Orange und Zwiebel mischen. Pinienkerne in einer fettfreien Pfanne braun r\u00f6sten. Fenchelsamen im M\u00f6rser grob zersto\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Orangen-, Zitronensaft, Oliven\u00f6l, Agavendicksaft, Fenchelsamen, etwas Salz, Zimt und Chiliflocken zu einer s\u00e4migen Marinade verr\u00fchren.
