Zuckererbsenschoten waschen und quer halbieren. Spargel waschen, holzige Enden abbrechen und in 3 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden. Paprika waschen, entkernen und w\u00fcrfelig schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einer beschichteten Pfanne erhitzen. Pilze hinzuf\u00fcgen und einige Minuten braten. Sobald die Pilze saftig werden, Zuckererbsenschoten, Spargel, Paprika und Sojasauce einr\u00fchren. Weiter braten, bis alle Gem\u00fcse bissfest gar sind.
