Die wei\u00dfen von den gr\u00fcnen Teilen trennen. Zwiebel sch\u00e4len, l\u00e4ngs vierteln  und in Streifen schneiden. Paprika waschen, entkernen und in breitere Streifen schneiden. Ananas in kleinere Segmente schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Zwiebel glasig braten. Die wei\u00dfen Pak choi Teile und die Paprika dazugeben und einige Minuten mitbraten. Thai-Paste einr\u00fchren, die gr\u00fcnen Teile des Pak choi und Tomatenmus mit etwas Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p>Einige Minuten d\u00fcnsten lassen. Ananas und Kokosmilch dazusch\u00fctten. Weiter d\u00fcnsten lassen, bis der Paprika knapp gar ist.
