Karotte, Tr\u00fcffelerd\u00e4pfel, Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und klein w\u00fcrfeln. Sellerie waschen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Oliven\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch glasig braten. Kichererbsen, Karotte und Sellerie einige Minuten mitbraten. Erd\u00e4pfel, Tomatenmus und Harissa unterr\u00fchren. Pfanne vom Herd nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Gem\u00fcsegemisch in die K\u00fcrbish\u00e4lften f\u00fcllen und mit Dukkah bestreuen.
