Beiseite stellen und abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Essig, \u00d6l, Senf und Honig zu einer s\u00e4migen Marinade verr\u00fchren und \u00fcber die Rettichscheiben tr\u00e4ufeln und einige Minuten einziehen lassen. Bergk\u00e4se grob reiben. Gurkenscheiben auf den Tellern arrangieren.
