Den Reis auf kleiner Flamme k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis er bissfest gar ist.<\/p>\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit Rucola verlesen, waschen und 5 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden. Kokosmilch in eine Pfanne sch\u00fctten, Bohnen dazugeben und zum Kochen bringen. Den fertigen Reis sorgf\u00e4ltig untermischen. Rucola hinzuf\u00fcgen und zusammenfallen lassen.
