Von den K\u00fcrbissen einen Deckel abschneiden, Kerne entfernen, etwas Fruchtfleisch herausl\u00f6sen und fein hacken. Die Zwiebel klein w\u00fcrfeln und in einem Topf glasig d\u00fcnsten, die K\u00fcrbisst\u00fccke hinzuf\u00fcgen und weich d\u00fcnsten. Den Schafsk\u00e4se in ca. 1 cm gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel schneiden. <\/p>\n<p>Das K\u00fcrbis-Gemisch, die Schafsk\u00e4sew\u00fcrfel und die Kokosmilch mit den fertigen Linsen vermengen, die Gew\u00fcrze unterr\u00fchren. Die ausgeh\u00f6hlten K\u00fcrbisse damit f\u00fcllen und die Deckel aufsetzen.
