Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und klein schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen, Zwiebel und Knoblauch darin glasig braten. Gem\u00fcse und Gew\u00fcrze einige Minuten mitbraten. Tomaten in St\u00fccken dazugeben. K\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Gem\u00fcse bissfest weich sind.
