Yacon sch\u00e4len, waschen, dann in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. K\u00fcrbis klein w\u00fcrfeln.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch glasig braten. K\u00fcrbis und Yaconwurzel einige Minuten mit den Gew\u00fcrzen mitbraten. Mais und Tomatensauce mit etwas Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen. K\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die K\u00fcrbisst\u00fccke weich sind.
