Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und klein schneiden. Mais in ein Sieb sch\u00fctten, abbrausen und abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen. Zwiebel glasig braten. Goldr\u00fcbe und Yaconwurzel hinzuf\u00fcgen. Einige Minuten mitbraten. Zuckermais mit etwas Wasser, Tomatenmark und den Gew\u00fcrzen einr\u00fchren. Sanft k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis das Gem\u00fcse weich ist.<\/p>\n<p>Fertigen Amaranth unterheben.
