Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und l\u00e4ngs in ungef\u00e4hr gleich gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden. Karotten und Steckr\u00fcben sch\u00e4len, waschen und in St\u00fccke schneiden. Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche vorbereiten.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen, Pilze mit Zwiebel und Knoblauch 5 Minuten anbraten. Pilze wieder herausnehmen. Karotten und R\u00fcben hinzuf\u00fcgen und anbraten. Tomatenmark dazugeben, umr\u00fchren und mit dem Rotwein abl\u00f6schen. Mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche aufgie\u00dfen, wieder r\u00fchren und langsam einkochen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Nach ca. 15 Minuten Pilze mit den Kr\u00e4utern und Lorbeerblatt wieder dazugeben. Alles 30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
