Ingwer, Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und klein w\u00fcrfeln. Curcuma hei\u00df abwaschen, trocken tupfen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Linsen in ein Sieb sch\u00fctten und gr\u00fcndlich waschen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen. Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Ingwer und Curcuma darin anbraten. Gew\u00fcrze au\u00dfer Salz hinzuf\u00fcgen und weiterbraten, bis sie duften. Auberginen einige Minuten mitbraten. Tomatensauce, Linsen und etwas Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen. Sanft k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Linsen zerfallen. Kokosmilch und Salz einr\u00fchren.
