Chili waschen und in Ringe schneiden. Mais und Bohnen in ein Sieb sch\u00fctten, absp\u00fclen und abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Oliven\u00f6l in einem Topf erhitzen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch glasig braten. Chili hinzuf\u00fcgen und kurz mitbraten. Tomatensauce, Bohnen, Mais und Gew\u00fcrze dazugeben und hei\u00df werden lassen.
