Bl\u00e4tter in Streifen schneiden. Stiele anderweitig verwenden. Ingwer, Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und klein w\u00fcrfeln. Curcuma hei\u00df abwaschen, trocken tupfen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Ingwer und Curcuma darin anbraten. Gew\u00fcrze au\u00dfer Salz hinzuf\u00fcgen und weiterbraten, bis sie duften. Mangold hinzuf\u00fcgen und einige Minuten mitbraten. Kokosmilch mit etwas Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen und einige Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
