Paprika und Chili waschen. Paprika entkernen und in schmale Streifen schneiden. Chili klein hacken. Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und klein schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch darin leicht br\u00e4unen lassen. Aubergine, Paprika und Chili einige Minuten mitbraten. \u00dcbrige Gem\u00fcse mit dem Fisch, Tomatensauce und Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen. Ein paar Minuten and\u00fcnsten lassen.
